Dear Editor,

I have read the papers by Yakovlev  and Kalinskaya (1, 2)  with a great interest. The images are very interesting and I would appreciate very much seeing also the electrocardiogram of this patient to see how these structural and functional changes detected by imaging methods are reflected in the morphology of the QRS complex.
